Homeless Cop is a ghost of an alien artist, transmitted through a hologram of a person living in Chicago. He's accomplished fine oil paintings, designs, and animation for Adult Swim and other cool people.
He manages creative projects in a floating castle, connected to a haunted space station, and he will continue to push art to all known corners of insanity until the sun explodes, killing us all.
